If you read my capsule wardrobe and wardrobe downsizing posts a couple days ago you might be aware of my new interest in minimalizing. If you’re interested in this project too then you’re in luck! I’m embarking on a minimalizing mission and I’m starting with my home office. All the nerds, say YEAH!
I love the idea of having exactly what I need. Nothing more, nothing less. My home office was full of old papers, pens, knick knacks, and all kinds of junk. It was taking over the space and distracting me from my work. The shelves had to be cleared. So long, crap!
Already the space feels so much brighter and open. It’s like the air has freshened up and it’s nice to spend time in the room!
I’m in the process of sorting all the junk (ugh) but then comes the fun part: styling the space! Stay tuned for that and let me know if you have any tips for minimalizing an office. For now you can catch a little sneak peak of my DIY home office which I’ll be featuring in a post very soon!
