If you’ve watched my “What I Eat in a Day” videos or read my Chronometer post then you know this smoothie. For those of you who don’t, get psyched. This one’s a winner. It only has 4 ingredients, making it oh-so-easy to prepare and all the more likely you’ll have everything on-hand when you want one.
All you need is:
- 1 3/4 cups Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness
- 1 serving vanilla protein (I use this stuff)
- 2 small bananas
- 4 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
